Default map API type not respected

The setting of the "Default map API type" in "GCG Node" settings is not respected. A static type map is always displayed.

Here's how to reproduce:
- Set the "Default display context" to "In block"
- Set the "Default map API type" to "Dynamic"
- Save configuration
- Set the theme to garland for example, no columns (you must have a wide content area, bigger than 500px) and use the GCG block in the content area.
- Your map won't display but if you move the block to a column, it will (because is smaller than 500px).

If you set "Force default map API type" it will also be displayed.
