Upload/Import survey results from cvs

Hello - I love that you can download Survey results via a CSV file. It would also be really nice to upload survey results from a CSV file. Sometimes a full blown survey may include online surveys - plus physical surveys at sites. If the physical surveys were compiled into a CSV file, then an admin could batch upload them to the survey system.

This would be nice - as I would like to extend some module logic to mine through the survey results to produce output based on the results of the surveys.

I love the survey module already - keep rockin' it!
