I am using the yaml theme, in which it is possible to activate a PNG transparency fix for IE.

If I activate this fix, the GMaps block does not show the map any more in IE6. It just shows a gray background and the marker.

Does this still happen with RC2?

Google Maps does its OWN png transparency stuff, I think.

If it still happens with RC2, got a url?

Yes, it happens also with RC2. As soon as I turn on png transparency in the theme, the map aren't shown any more.

Please have a look at the screenshot.
I haven't got a url because this testing happens only on a local development-server. On the life-server I do it without png transparency, because I don't want to bother the users.

This was exactly my problem, but I'm using the salamanderskins module. I had to delete the jquery.pngFix.js from the js folder and delete the references to it in the salamanderskins/template.php and page.tpl.php files. Pretty much any theme with an IE pngfix feature will cause this problem. Thanks for the help!
