FlashVideo always blank page, flash not playing

Hi
On Site Configuration -> FlashVideo Settings-> Edit FlashVideo

gets to
mysite.com/admin/settings/flashvideo/edit which is a blank page

-Also converted flash not playin ( the animated rotate loading only)
Converted flash is fine - just going to the path form the page source it is downlaoding/playing fine

-I cannot get to display the thumbanil either
[thumbnail] displays as text [thumbnail]
