mercmobily commentedHi,
Can you provide this information:
* What do URLs look like in dailymotion? That is, what do I need to look for?
* What does the code look like?
This is what I would like to receive - but for Dailymotion (this is for ifilm)
IFILM
URL:
http://www.spike.com/video/2942800 (example)
http://www.spike.com/video/[ID] (pattern)
Thumb:
http://dyn.ifilm.com/website/spikelogo2.gif
Embed Code:
<embed wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350" src="http://www.ifilm.com/efp" quality="high" bgcolor="000000" name="efp" align="middle" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" flashvars="flvbaseclip=[ID]&"> </embed>
Bye,
Merc.

drupalina commentedmy users are also posting videos from DailyMotion.com -- right now they are using the embed code and it often messes up the sidebars ... because the videos are too large.
In daily motion various URLs seem to work ... they are given as a permalink on a particular video. For example:
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4vx1v_1000756_sport
seems to work as fine as
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4vx1v (which I think is the original)
or
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4vx1v_1000756
so I guess x4vx1v in this case is the [ID]
(I don't know how the Thumbnails are generated)

mercmobily commentedHi,
Sorry, the information you provided is not in the format I requested.
I do not have time to work out things for this type of video.
Please provide the information as requested (see my templates in comment #1), or pay somebody to do so.
I don't mean to be unreasonable, but I just don't have time to do it.
Bye,
Merc.
mercmobily commentedHi,
I am closing this as a "won't fix", since it needs to be clear that:
"I need precise information on how to generate things"
No information, no wideo service.
I provided precise information on how to submit a request to support another video service.
Bye,
Merc.
