Immediately after installation and from that point forward, I continue receiving this error message:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\....\sites\all\modules\themester\themester.module on line 428.

This of course, makes the module totally unusable.

(NOTE: I stripped the beginning path from the error message)
