Description

Hi,
I have several 'categories' which have several sub items in each. If a child term is selected, is it possible to auto select its parent term?

Many thanks
Dan

I would be interested in finding a solution to the same issue.

I am interested in this too!

Right now you can only select either a parent or a child, not both. If I select a parent and a child, and save, the child term does not select, only the parent.

Also if I select a child and not a parent, then search or browse for a parent term, child terms under that parent term are not brought back. This doesn't seem right.

There is an option for that, isn't it?

It shows as "Display parent terms as selectable form items" if you select it you'll have it as you need ... I think :-)

I've got the same issue. Would be very useful if parent term was selected automatically.
