Am using Drupal 6 and the latest version of webform. I know it's a beta version but was hoping someone could help me with the following problem ( http://www.test.perfect-match-it.co.uk/node/10 )
I want to create a simple form but get the following message at the top of the screen plus the left menu becomes squashed.

I have checked the line 376 but honestly don't know enough coding to fix the problem.
Can anyone explain what the problem is and suggest the solution.

You should see if there is an issue in the Webform queue first and, if not, make one. The most important thing you can do when using beta software is report problems back to the maintainer.
