On the PROPER Creation and Conversion of a Photoshop
PSD file into a workable Drupal 6 Theme as defined by the
outline that that is explained here at this Drupal Node:

I have Drupal 6 properly installed on the server
and the basic framework is working perfectly,
what I need now is the PSD to Drupal 6 Theme
knowledge.

I also have a basic PSD file ready to go.
