I am using the metatag module, since this is not a module issue, I post here.

When creating a node, we can input something to the Metatag 'keywords' field. My question is, what's the relation of between the keywords and the node title? I mean, if I input some keywords already in the node title, will this be considered as duplicated keywords and lower down the SEO ranking?

He basically indicates that filling out the keyword meta-tag is useless since no major search engine uses it anymore. The description meta-tag is useful though since that will appear in the results page of search engines as the description for that page, and a good description might entice someone to actually go to your page.

The podcast on the site linked above about the best Drupal SEO modules is very good.
