-description = Enables keeping easily and regularly updated user web pages or blogs.
+description = Enables easily keeping regularly updated user blogs.
Some changes:
1) The grammar was bad: keeping easily -> easily keeping.
2) Eliminated "web pages or" because, as per UMN Usability testing, we use the term page far too liberally.
3) Fixed grammar with "and regularly updated" by eliminating the and.
I'd like to get rid of "regularly updated", but I thought that would be a bit too drastic to do before asking.

birdmanx35 commentedAnd, come to think of it, I hate easily keeping anyway.
keith.smith commentedWell, there's no requirement that they be "regularly updated", so that seems kinda' unnecessary.
birdmanx35 commentedOkay, updated with that then. Perhaps that removal could be done better, thoughts?

Yeah, that doesn't sound all that great. "keeping" is not a great word in this context.
I think we need to rethink this one from the ground up, and probably include a "multi-user" in there.
birdmanx35 commentedYes, probably a good idea. We can't salvage this one anymore.
Forum's description says 'Enables', and I think that's a good term to use here. How about:
Enables single or multi-user blogging.
Keep in mind, my main task so far has been the salvaging of descriptions, not the recreation ;)

catchHow about 'Enables multi-user blogs'? Although it's possible to use blog module for just a single user blog, you don't really need to, and it can potentially be quite confusing compared to just posting 'articles' and having them appear on your front page anyway - so if we emphasise multi-user blog aspect (which is pretty much all it does) that'd hopefully get the message across. I'd like to change the human readable name of blog module to 'multi-user blog' as well, but there' already an issue for that, kinda: http://drupal.org/node/233301

birdmanx35 commentedI like. Here's a patch to do that.

sepeck commentedI like #7. It has brevity and clarity.
keith.smith commentedI'm with sepeck. To me, it is very clear and has the added advantage of being short.
