adding by hand a certain quantity of reads to a certain node

Hello there!
I´m carefully and slowly switching my working site from 4.7 to 5.x version.
As I´ve worked with flexinode module, and not CCK, I have to manually change all flexinodes to cck with the BIG help of the flexiconvert module.
To avoid my site to stop working, and as I didn´t know how many days this would take, I used a backup copy to work on the new version site.
But as the update it took more time than I expected, there are a few new nodes in my old, working site that I have to add to my new 5.x site.
So I´ve created them manually.
Is there a way to manually add each of these nodes the reads count?

ie. I have a node that I´ve created in my new site, but in the old one (they have different node numbers) it already has 100 reads... I want to import those reads... by hand.

How could I do that?
