Add Payment Status in User profile and View all signup list

It would be helpful to have the payment status in the user profile, so they can also check if their payment went through and that their registration is complete. Currently, it will list the event in their profile and looks like they are done, but if they have not paid, it should indicate "awaiting payment".

As for the admin, where it list "# individuals signup, it would also be helpful to have the signup/payment status in a column and if they have not paid, the link would say "add payment" that takes you to the Sign Up Payment page where it populates the event, price and etc. This will also help admin in having to figure out what UID the user has.
