Regardless of the country selected, the Workflow-NG condition for "Check an order's delivery country" always selects the United States. This makes creating international shipping rules somewhat impossible.

Island Usurper commentedI've been able to use the delivery country condition successfully for some time now. I'm afraid I don't know what to tell you.
WISEOZ commentedYou can use it successfully if you only select United States. However, it does make you think that you're selecting the right country but when you go back into the condition it always has United States selected and no other countries. I can certainly give you an ID to my site to demonstrate if you interested.
Island Usurper commentedI was confused because the condition actually *does* work, and therefore I hadn't looked at the condition form again because I didn't think I need to. I was misusing the country form and trying to set a default value in a way that wouldn't work. The function just defaulted to the store's country since it didn't have any better options. That's been fixed in my last commit.
WISEOZ commentedWhat component of UBercart should I look for? I don't necessarily want to grab everything from Bazaar again.

gregglesComment in #3 makes me think this is "fixed".
