Since my host will be probably reluctant to install FFMPEG, I wonder would it be possible to use FlashFideo in conjunction with Gallery2 that has FFMPEG precompiled binaries. Probably a matter of path redirection to the Galler2 embedded FFMPEG?

Seems to be a question based on false information, as Gallery 2.2.4 provides only a a module for FFMPEG, not the precompiled binaries.
