Subgroups for Organic Groups Rewrite

Organic group homepage nodes should be able to be members of other organic group homepage nodes. For example: United States could be a parent of California, which could be a parent of San Francisco. Posts inside of parent groups should propagate to parent or child groups.

Storing the hierarchy should be implemented using either the menu system or the taxonomy system. See http://groups.drupal.org/node/10070 for more information and feedback.
