Some wishes...

This is just what I was searching for! I need Product-module that does several things:

1) Makes possible to select some content types as products.
2) Registered users can create products and sell them, not just site maintainer (like in Ubercart and e-commerce?)
3) Products have expiration date and after that date they are deactivated, unpublished or deleted depending on user that has created them.
4) When some one has clicked Buy or Reserve or such things (maybe admin can choose it?) then the product is marked as reserved so that no one can buy it. Or there could be option that users can raise their payment.
5) When product has been reserved or marked as bought, module sends post to seller via e-mail and contact information.

Is there already such communal e-shop module?
