I was searching for a Drupal answer on google and I found it on http://blog.drupal.ro/
This site asks you to sign in with the drupal blog login or one of its affiliates (Drupal)
I made a new user for the site, but it wouldn't let me log in as that user and it said that I was unauthorized to go to the "send new password" page. All the articles there are links to pages here. I thought it was extremely suspicious. What do you think?

with with "drupal" module in core you have long beeen able to use your drupal.org login or affiliated site login to login to other drupal sites.
that site is using feeds from drupal.org to populate the site.
