After installing Andreas 02 theme, all "Page" type posts show "submitted by Username on date text" disregarding the fact that "Page" type posts have this information disabled in "Themes -> Global settings"

Please take a look at node.tpl.php to see how this was done.

I will update the version 5 theme ASAP.
