settings.php is part of drupal core and is found inside the sites/default folder of your drupal installation and in the sites/domainname of your multisites installations provided you are running a multisite install of Drupal.

In order bawstats view all the sites, I need to install Drupal v6.1? If in that case, how I install Drupal v6.1 and what are the things that need to change the file in sites/default, default.setting.php? Appreciate if the problem solve.

I'm closing this issue as it appears that the issue regarding bawstats has been resolved - though there may be outstanding issues about drupal itself.
