Howdy,
I wanted to create a role called editor that can edit unpublished nodes/revisions. I've tried using the workflow and access control modules to change the states, but it still requires administer node permissions to be activated.
I just want to eliminate the possibility of an user assigned an editor role deciding to "publish" the content.
