Doesn't seem to work for us; Load is the same.

I have installed the module. I do not see much of difference in performance. I also do not see any options to configure the settings for this module.

I am not sure if our site is refreshing the cache too often and this is causing server load.

We are using only file based memcaching, do not use Database version.

The following are the stats shown on one of the pages. Please let me know if we are doing everything correctly. Also, if there is something we should do to configure the module settings further. We have only one instance of memcache running on the server.

Also, can Boost module work along with memcache. We could see them working together, but i am not sure which module was helping to increase the site performance. We later disabled boost and changed the .htaccess file to older version.
