I got the file all right, but I know very little Italian.
One thing jumped into my eyes: I used "On updates" and "On comments" for the table column titles to keep them on one line, because they're not much wider than when the "On"s are on a line of their own. However, the Italian translations are much longer and it would probably look better to let them wrap. What do you think? (No need to reupload the file, I can change that myself, if you agree.)

peterpoe commentedThe problem is that "On update" means "When an update happens", and there is not an equivalent way to say this in such a short way in Italian. We could shorten it to "È aggiornato" and "È commentato", which translates to "Is updated" and "Is commented", but it's not as clear. Maybe users will guess. They usually guess when they need :)

salvisSorry, I didn't mean to suggest changing the wording, but to simply replace the 's with spaces. That will let the column titles wrap to two lines, but I think that's preferable to very wide columns.

I found a typo on line 139: there is a semi colon at the end of the line, should be a period.

It's in RC1, but the .pot file has 22 new/changed strings (and 8 are obsolete).

salvisNow would be a good time to update the translation for D6. I've taken care to update the D5 version along with the D6 version wherever possible, so a D6 translation should work quite well for the current D5 version, too.
(Unassigning peterpoe — whoever wants to work on it, please assign yourself, to avoid having more than one person doing duplicate work.)
