On one out of the 3 content-types that I have tried creating a content template for it just goes straight to a "White Screen of Death" without reaching the template creation screen. Page output:-

This is the content type with the heaviest amount of CCK fields so that probably explains why that particular content type and not the others. CCK version installed is "6.x-1.x-dev (2008-Mar-25)".

working with cck is much more complicated, there si much more data to work with. we probably won't have a 1.0 release until after a 1.0 release of CCK
