Using:
Using Drupal
Drupal: 5.7
CCK: 5.x-1.6-1
Dependent: 5.x-1.0-beta1

I have nothing to actually define what is dependent. I am logged in as user 1, and have all the above modules installed. I see no fields in the admin menues that even say the word dependent or dependency. I have tried to edit any of my already created CCK fields and see nothing. I have also tried to make every kind of CCK field I have access to (text field, on/off, radio button/checkbox, and even user reference just in case..) and nothing shows up giving the ability to make a field dependent.
This module is installed and showed no errors. Any Ideas?

Can you share what was your error?

I installed the module and do not see anywhere where I could set dependent fields...

Umm Sorry

After creating a radiobox with two options I can clearly see this module on top on the CCK field edit page. :)
