To improve UI navigation, a new pager at the end of expressions filter page before or after save button will be cool.

Gabor,

i believe its the main translation page. The pager appears only at the top (which i consider useful since its close to the filters form more changes), but Pedro wants a new one at the bottom.

Well, there is no pager at the bottom, so that you won't accidentally loose all your translations. The idea with the pager at the top is that you navigate before translating. If we put a pager at the bottom, it could easily happen that you forget to save translations, yet try to page forward. IMHO.
