Node Import code review patch

Guys,

This is my first really attempt at creating a patch so please don't bite. Always willing to learn and everybody's got to start some where.

I can see this module going somewhere and I would like to extend it/work on the support queue, so to get a better understanding of the internals of this module I thought I would run it trough the coder module and start to clean up and make it more 'Drupal'.

The attached patch is just the node_import.module if this all goes well and I've done this correctly then I'll start working on the other files. No point in working on stuff which I've done wrong!

Any probs give us a shout
