Help getting started

Greetings,

I'm missing a big step with jtooltip implementation. For some reason I am expecting an area where I can add content for the tooltip. A field or something.. How do I create tooltip once this module is enabled? I've looked around for documentation but I'm running in circles now. Also, is this is compatible with TinyMCE? I know that's a loaded question, I can HTML pages but my clients can not.

I'm more of a designer than programmer but a quick learner. Anyone have a little time to hold my hand on this one?
