Need suggestion for Web based form

I wanted to display a web based form on drupal. If someone fill and click on submit will keep a copy of data in database and update me for a recent activity via sending mail to me.

The form we require will cantains Text box, Check Box, Drop down and many other fields (not like simple Registration form).

Is it possible to publish webbased form on drupal also is there any module by using which i can design my new form?
Please suggest
