Description

Hello,

I downloaded the latest version of simplemenu but on MSIE6 (6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr...) the sub-menu points are not shown (only the first level menu points are shown and no green arrows are shown). Safari and FF are fine. I did not change any settings of simplemenu. I am using a custom theme.

I am also having the same problem. In IE6, neither the down arrows or the drop down menus show up. I am also using a custom theme. Is the theme causing the problem?

Even when I switch to bluemarine, the same issue exists. Does anyone have a working simplemenu site that I can test with IE6?

It turns out that my issues were related to my version of jQuery and my usage of interface.js. I ended up having to use nice menus instead since everything played nicely there.

I found out that this trouble appears only with last version of jQuery! (i install jQuery Update 5.x-2.0-rc1)
I need a fix!

I'm having the same problem. Using Simplemenu 5.X-5.0, the dropdown menus are not shown on Internet explorer. I think that 5.0 had solved this problems. Should I install 5.x-1-x instead?

I have the same problem with Simplemenu 5.X-5.0 and jQuery Update 5.x-2.0

Yep, same problem here.

We all hate IE6 but that doesn't mean we don't have to support it. That is MY opinion and I don't want a flame war ok ;)

I would very much appreciate it if someone with more CSS and jQuery skills could take a look at this

Regards, Tom
