Eh, I am handing off this issue to someone else, because:

- The user can post although I set it to be blocked (can this be a database sync issue?)
- Trying to delete comments times out
- Trying to unpublish comments gets me an "illegal choice" error.
- In general, drupal.org is dead slow.

I probably managed to unpublish some comments and maybe even delete some, so look into the unpublished queue for stuff to delete too!
