I'm not sure what I'm missing or even where to look? I installed both Actions and og_actions, but in the actions list I dont see the 5 actions you mention. How come? What do I need to do?

Ok, I tried with the older version of actions (actions 5.x-1.x-dev) Now the actions show up. So I guess this module cant be used anymore. Any suggestions for alternatives?

i just updated the module to work with the new style of actions 2.x.... see http://drupal.org/node/284354 for the patch & tar.gz
