Print name primary above secondary links menu

I have two menus. One with primary links, and another that contains secondary links.
Now I like to print name of the primary menu item above the secondary links menu.

Like this:

item 1 - item 2 - item 3 - item 4

item 3 (like to print this one)
subitem 1
subitem 2
subitem 3
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Anyone knows how to do this? Thanks in regards
