Description
Theres seems to be a lack of support for national characters.

Just as an update we are in the process of rewriting the core functionality of the module to fix this sort of problem.

Any news on this one?
A possible fix would be to at least allow transcoding, but it's a poor one - of course.

I have a problem creating diffs at the moment but try this version of commentluv.module.
Now it doesnt cut the text when national characters appear but it gets replaced by ?.
I need to work on that, but it is better.
Btw: big fan you and your wifes blogs.

Try this one instead, just a little error on my part, now it seems to work fluently.
If you report that it works I will submit it.
