How to make carousel scrolable

Hi,
I try to setup a jcarousel for a pane that contain a view.
the problem is that I would like to show 1 view result by scroll and the carousel show all my views to the first 'page' of the carousel.
I tried to change paginate setting in view, panels view, jcarousel, no result at all. Either I have all my result in the first, or I have only one view item but carousel still not scrolable...
Can I have a Step by step way to do what I want ? The different configuration posssibilities (in view, in pane view, in carousel) make me very confusing
