Can't turn off custom thumbnail feature on node/add for video and image [#239374]

I have the custom thumbnail for both video and image turned off and yet on the node/add form those fieldsets are still showing up.

I'm trying to keep that form simple for some non-technical users.

A quick fix for this is to disable the Embedded Media Thumbnail module.

I can't reproduce on the latest version of 6.x, so marking closed for now. Please reopen if you still are having problems.
