I am trying to set up a community website for a bunch of moms in my area, mainly consisting of events that people can sign up to, but also want to add profile, message board and photo gallery options.

I have installed events, sign up and sign up status. It is important for us to be able to limit the number of people that attend.

When I enable the sign up status module I get the following error.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

These are the versions I have installed.
Drupal 5.5
Event v 5.x-1.0
Sign Up v (ive tried them all)
Sign Up Status v (ive tried them all)

I am new to Drupal, and have limited programming knowledge. I would appreciate any assistance

Are you able to see any sort of log that would tell you what the error was? Sometimes this will be in the Apache error log, or it could be in your Drupal "recent log entries."

No activity in over a year, and the 5.x series is all but dead at this point...
