This module is not found in the list of the project module. Where we can download this? Can you give me a link on where I can download this module?

Look in CVS.. you shouldn't be using this module if you can't use CVS... it's experimental work...

@dopry: I would like to contribute testing. Using my test site of course. I don't have access to CVS. Could you add a dev version to the module project page? at http://drupal.org/project/fileapi
If you're concern about the fact that the module is experimental work, I suggest adding a note on the module project page. Something like "This module should be use on test site only. Do not use on production site. This module is experimental work."
