What is the easiest way to upload already created html pages into the drupal structure? For instance, is there a specific module that will address this issue or the iframe command? Please provide steps on how I can accomplish this task. And thank you for your time when given.

Admin Panel: Site Information > Removing the Site's Title
In the Admin Panel under the category "site Information" there is a requirement to have the site title shown. I have created banners for this purpose, which makes the site title irrelevant. How do I remove it?
