I am building a school website and I have done it of 90% already. There is a serious problem occur. When I am logging out the website, I can not return to the index page. No error and only a "white page". But when I have logged in, there is no problem.
Is there anyone can help me?

Are you using the front page module or in some other way producing a different front page for people not logged in.
check the web server logs...
White screen of death is usually a PHP issue. Try increasing memory_limit in php.ini and see if the problem goes away. If not, see if you can pry more information out of the apache server logs.

Try rebuilding the node access permissions. To do this, go to Admin -> Content -> Post Settings
I don't expect it to work, but it's one of the usual diagnostic steps.
