The sunrise and sunset times are displayed in GMT. I think this needs to be changed to reflect the timezone used in the site
Also, how can I remove the my weather option from the users profile page. I have only set the default location and do not have any other location set

No, you're right indeed, sorry. The user tab is still there, even if the user weather block is not active. I'll look into this. Thanks for reporting.

As I understand it, this is fixed since a long time. The weather tab is only shown to users who have the permission to use a custom weather block.
