Loading a node into a page.

Hi, could someone please help me with the method needed to load a nodes contents into a page other than the node/nid one

I'd like for my content to appear in a new page which will sit further down the URL pecking order so /taxonomy/type/NODEPAGE.

I think it can be done using loadnode but unfortunately for me I can't understand the documentation.

I'd then like to call this page from a view I have which sits at taxonomy/type. I'd image I can just link the read more... hyperlink to /content/nid
