Just for conviniency, would you point out that prior installing this module, user needs to download the full version of Gallery2, not the typical installation which seems to be the default package you get when clicking the main download link.

I'm pretty sure that you're not required to download the full version. The typical version should work if you make sure the 'Image Block' and 'Image Frame' plugins are installed in Gallery2. This is stated in the README.txt of the module.

rtopp is right, you dont necessarily need the full package. Typical package + the two plugins is fine. However, if you think a better documentation (online or readme.txt) would help, please provide a patch or propose changes to the wiki.
