She's not getting attached ...

HI,
One of my users gets this error when she tries to upload files as attachments;
" The selected file [filename] can not be attached to this post, because
the disk quota of /1 MB/ has been reached."
Can someone tell me where I should look to stop this happening, please?
Its not that we have reached quota on our webspace ...
