I installed UIE Forum and went through all setup steps (minus the table update that is 'optional'). I added the new block to my content section and enabled all access. However I don't see any formatting or entry funcitons for the new forum. It looks like a regular list:

Any idea what went wrong?

I presume that you've decided not to use UIEForum?
