To replicate this problem:

- Edit some nodeprofile content with nodeprofile privacy enabled for one or more fields
- Change the nodeprofile privacy state (check the box against one or more fields, if they are not already private, or vice versa)
- Preview the changes to the node

You'll notice that, in the form underneath the preview, the nodeprofile settings you just made have gone. =(

Nothing to fix. It turned out to be MY code breaking Nodeprofile_privacy. Sorry. ;-)
