Adding content in documentation ?

I just posted a couple of simple php scripts that unlock/delete files & folders placed on a server with a php script which causes them to be installed using Apache's account, thus the real owner cannot delete or cmod them.

I thought that perhaps they may be useful in the documentation as it seems to be a common problem with Apache servers on shared hosts.
It's not a Drupal specific problem but certain modules get written on the server in this way.
So the questions are :
1 : would this be useful information in the Drupal docs ?
2 : If so, where to place it ?
