Chameleon Theme - Border between header and body of page

Hi All,

I have been playing around with the Chameleon theme and have found an interesting issue. The border between the header (with the logo, navlinks etc) and the body of the document is visible in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer. Does anyone know what I can do to get this to show up in IE?
