Apparently the old way of customizing user profile layouts doesn't work. I'm trying my best to poke around, but I'm just not getting it.

I would like to have control of the profile page layout, and call each field individually (so we can manage them with CSS, etc.), I have the user-profile.tpl.php file, but I just don't know the syntax to call each of my custom fields I created. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm so confused (I'm an SEO, so this stuff is really odd to me).

For Drupal 5 all was well explicated here,
But there is a lack for Drupal 6.

If somebody can tell us how we can do...
