With both TinyMCE and QAC enabled:
- when I create content using the standard Create Content menu, tinyMCE is working
- when I use the Quick Add Child (or sibling) link, no tinyMCE

Fixed by adding quick_add/add/child/* to the TinyMCE visibility list.
